How to Redeem Your Voucher:
1. This Order Form is only valid for items purchased from Deal Sites.
2. Please enter 1 (one) Voucher code each form (make sure there is NO Space before or after the voucher code).
3. Enter your shipping information.
4. Enter SUBMIT button.
5. If shipping charges are applicable, you will be directed to PayPal's secure site where you will be able to pay for shipping charges using your Credit Card or a PayPal account.
6. Enter the required billing information as directed on the PayPal payment page.
7. Your order is now complete. You should receive an email confirmation at the email address you provided.

1. Shipping charge applies to EACH voucher number redeemed.
2. If an “Invalid voucher code” is displayed, the voucher code entered is maybe incorrect. Please copy paste your voucher and reenter it to make sure it is valid.
